"Food is always good. But the service isn't so. When the store was just opened, I could understand that everything was new. Now it's already one month, but it's still a mess. It's already the third bowl without sauce for me. I think you have the healthiest food in Zug, but it's so difficult to buy it and to buy what you want. I wish you good luck and hope it will be better! Thank you!"

"The poke bowls are delicious, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The overall quality is on par with what you would expect from Kaisin. I would gladly rate the place five stars; however, I find the automatic tip prompt on the payment terminal inappropriate, especially as there is no table service provided. Additionally, the option to choose between regular and large portion sizes has been removed, and only a standard size is now available, which is a drawback for those with a bigger appetite."

"I have been heard so many times the food is delicious! The staff are always friendly even when they are super busy. Would 100% recommend though it is defiantly pricey, so my wallet keeps crying, because I come in here 3 times per week!"
